We currently prioritise shipping to United States and Australia, United Kingdom, Korea, France, Ireland, Japan, Israel, Sweden, Germany, Spain, and Russia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for expression of interest, and we are happy to provide alternative arrangement for you :)
Due to the worldwide locations of our warehouses (primarily different provinces in China), your order containing multiple products may be sent in different packages, and therefore different shipping timeframe.
Shipping is FREE for all order above AUD29.99. A flat rate is charged at AUD9.99. It normally takes 1 - 3 weeks to arrive your address. If you need more urgent delivery, please contact us at email@example.com prior to placing order so that we can take care of your order.
The shipping duration is generally divided into two:
Processing time (2-7 business days) - This includes order verification and confirmation sent direct to the warehouse for processing within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse will process the order, which can take between 2-7 business days. Please be aware that some of our products are made to order, therefore a processing time of >7 days might occur.
Shipping Times - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We ship directly from our international warehouses to global destinations, which means the time frame varies depending on the shipping origin and destination. It normally takes 7 - 21 working days to arrive Australia and United States, and is similar or longer for all other countries. You should receive an email within 3-7 business days that your order has been shipped. You will also receive a tracking number with an estimated time of delivery.
Please note:- A number of variables can extend these shipping times, such as weather delays, customs, industrial action and issues beyond our control. Once the product is with the courier/ postal company, we are not responsible for any delays. The late arrival of ordered products is not eligible for refunds.
Order Changes, Cancellations, Replacement & Returns

Orders Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (colour, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 HOURS of placing your order.
After 12 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed the order and often have shipped your order to that address.
Replacements (Lost Items or Damaged Goods)
For orders that are mistakenly placed by the relevant shipping companies and/or marked as delivered, but are never received, we offer replacements at an additional fee. Please email us if your order has not arrived after 6 - 8 weeks.
If an item was damaged or incorrect, etc, please send us an email at email@example.com with an image of the error and we can replace your order free of charge.
Returns and refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that we may charge a restocking/hansling fee between $2 - $5.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will arrange from there.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange from there.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
