In this fast-paced digital era, kids as well as adults of all age and sex groups and education and professional backgrounds experience burnout at any stages of life. Mindfulness is as important as physical activity to improve our endurance to cope with stress and anxiety, which often sneak in without ones even notice about it. It doesn't only affect your health, but also your social relationships. This is scientifically proven (example references 1, 2, 3) and we believe anecdotally. Kidya Space features slow-paced drawing and coloring activities with soothing background music to support mindful excercises. You just need 5-10 minutes a day of exercise for improved wellness. Ultimately, we get to choose a "happy, mindful" brain or a "stressful, anxious" brain.
